Secret Road is thrilled to congratulate The Civil Wars on their latest awards! Last night the pair attended the 11th Annual Americana Music Association Honors and Awards Ceremony held at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, TN. They walked away as the 2012 Duo/Group Of The Year, as voted by the trade group’s 1,600 members. You can read more about their win and the ceremony below!

In addition to being honored at the AMAs, The Civil Wars are celebrating a huge milestone! Earlier this month, their debut album Barton Hollow was certified Gold by the RIAA! It's such an honor these days to have an album certified, but to do it completely independently is an honor that we are proud to celebrate! In celebration with their hometown of Nashville, The Civil Wars are throwing a Gold Album Party on Sept. 26th at Grimey's that will be open to the public!
