Apple recently selected "Run Run" by The Rival as the soundtrack to their iPhone 5 Launch video! The video was shown during the keynote speech for the unveiling of the ipad mini as a recap of the iPhone 5 launch around the world. We're so excited that this song was able to reach a wide audience through this world renown brand!

Los Rakas were recently in Mexico City (aka El D.F.). to participate in the Corona Capital Festival, the most important international rock music festival of the year. Los Rakas shared the stage with the biggest names in music: The Black Keys, My Morning Jacket, Florence + The Machine and more. Raka Rich (of Los Rakas) can be seen rallying up the huge crowd in the photo above. We're so proud to announce that the band was able to Travel 1900 miles from the Bay area to Mexico City, with no record label backing or promotions to get them there...only their music. 100% independent.

Disney has launched a new campaign encouraging girls to celebrate what it means to be a princess in today's world. The spot features girls demonstrating how today's princesses are brave, kind, generous and compassionate.

Katie Herzig's song "Make a Noise" has been chosen for the Disney Princess Campaign, and we are so excited to join Disney in encouraging girls to value themselves and to be kind to one another.

Next Wednesday, October 17th, check out Trent Dabbs' "Undermine", which will be featured in the new hit show NASHVILLE! Trent's song will be featured throughout the next two episodes of the TV show, which airs at 10/9 CT on ABC. In correspondence with the airing of the show, "Undermine", as performed by cast members of the show, will also be available for purchase on iTunes.

"Goodnight Moon" by Vancouver based indie rock band, Said The Whale, has been chosen for the new Chase Sapphire spot. The infectious anthem is one of our favorites from the Juno winners and we couldn't be more excited that it found a home in such a fun spot!

We are so excited to announce that release day for The Kicks' new album Tonight Changes Everything is finally here! This is an album that we've been spinning for weeks and have been eager to share with the world. Produced by Grammy winners Mitch Dane & Vance Powell, the album features a diverse mix of rock anthems and dance grooves. With influences from Paul McCartney and Rod Stewart to Pete Yorn and Tom Petty, The Kicks show that they are salted with the South but still pop like soda.

Putumayo World Music catalog song, "Ha Dias" by Luca Mundaca is featured in the motion picture End of Watch (out in theaters Friday, September 21st). The film, from the writer of Training Day, stars Jake Gyllenhaal and Michael Peña, playing two Los Angeles police officers who are marked for death after confiscating a small cache of money and firearms from the members of a notorious cartel, during a routine traffic stop.
