Lexie’s music industry experience ranges from internships at ASCAP to WRLT/Lightning 100 to Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. She joined the Secret Road family in 2014 after graduating from Belmont University. As Director of Advertising and Branding | Video Games, Lexie pitches music to creative agencies for ad placement in North America and for in-game video game uses. Beyond pitching music, she coordinated Secret Road’s inaugural Creative Labs Hawaii Songwriting Camp in 2016.

Kayla Masnek

Kayla found her way to LA after studying Music Business at Oklahoma City University. As VP, Film & TV at Secret Road, she pitches our catalog of music to film/TV music supervisors.

Bobby Lavelle

Bobby brings a great deal of music industry experience having worked at Imago (Aimee Mann, Henry Rollins), Capitol A&R, Capitol Soundtracks (ROMEO+JULIET), Interscope and RCA. He joined the Secret Road family in 2018 and leads our music licensing team. When he’s not running down the latest sync opps, Bobby is petting his dogs or practicing his Val Dez. Pretty impressive, no?

Wayne Davis

After graduating from Trinity University in San Antonio, Wayne moved to New York City to begin his career in finance and business. He has been an employee, founder and consultant in several entrepreneurial companies and one non-profit. Through the years, he was exposed to many different industries –– financial portfolio management, hospitality and food, real estate development, fitness, architecture and interior design, and ultimately music. Wayne joined the Secret Road family in 2007 and oversees finance and operations.

Lynn Grossman

In 2006, from a tiny apartment in Beachwood Canyon, our fearless leader started Secret Road with the desire to help independent artists get exposure via sync. A proud east coaster and Philadelphia native, Lynn played volleyball in the Big East Conference for Syracuse University before moving to NYC to start her career in music. Secret Road has now grown into a multifaceted entertainment company that has introduced artists like Alexi Murdoch, Walk the Moon, American Authors, Andy Grammer, The Civil Wars and Fitz and the Tantrums to the film / TV / advertising community.
